This vacation villa with private pool has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 10 people. The upstairs master bedroom, bedroom 1, is big, very big. It has a king-size bed, patio door that leads to a screened-in balcony, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, garden tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has queen-size bed. The third bedroom is very large and has a queen-size bed. And finally, bedrooms four and five both have two single beds. To avoid fighting over the TV in the living room, all bedrooms have their own TV. Now, let’s go over the communal rooms. There are two living areas: a formal and informal living room. The formal living room is large, and with two sofas and two armchairs, there’s plenty of seating to go around. This room is great to have a good conversation in away from others. The informal living room is modern and has two sofas and an armchair. There’s a large flat screen TV for your entertainment and a patio door that leads out into the pool area. Like many of the other rooms, the kitchen is large. It comes fully equipped, has corian countertops, and modern appliances. It’s the perfect place to whip up something good to eat if you’re not in the mood to eat out. There are 3 seating areas: the breakfast bar, breakfast nook, and formal dining room. The two most popular features of this villa? The pool and games room. When you stay here, you’ll have access to your own private pool where you take a dip to cool down from the heat. The pool area is screened-in, and there’s sun loungers for you work on your tan. If you want to get out of the sun for a bit, there is also a covered lanai. The games room is in the garage and has a foosball table and a pool table. You’ll be sure to spend hours in there playing away.


Community Description

The Shire at West Haven is located just off Hwy 54 and is very convenient for Hwy 27, Hwy 192 and I4. The Shire is a sub-division of West Haven and is located within a secure gated community set among wetlands and other areas of conservation. Many of the homes have conservation views and large balconies. The sub-division will also shortly have access to the community clubhouse and related facilities just 250 yards away that will include a resort-style swimming pool (depth of pool ranges from 3ft 6” to 5 ft), 2 tennis courts, kids’ playground, beach volleyball and gym. Posner Park, a huge retail outlet located on the intersection between Hwy 27 and I4 at Exit 55, has fine dining, shopping and entertainment and is only 2 miles away. Disney World is just 15 minutes away while Sea World is 25 minutes, Universal Studios 30 minutes and Orlando International Airport 40 minutes’ drive.
