FAQ / Policy Changes

New Guests – Bookings from March 13, 2020, to April 15, 2020 for dates of travel between March 13, 2020 and June 15, 2020

We will offer a full refund, up until a week before arrival, for all new bookings should you wish to cancel.  We want you to book with confidence and know that we understand your concerns and will continue to monitor the situation.

What if I need to cancel my trip?

For all homes booked before March 12th, 2020 we will offer a credit for the total of your purchase price. The credit is good for a future stay within the next 12 months. Ideally, the credit would be applied to the same home however, it may not be possible in all cases.

What happens if I would like to cancel and my reservation isn’t yet paid in full?

In this case, our normal cancellation policy does apply, also accordingly to the guidelines of all channels. The processing fee will not be returned.

If you would like to reschedule: we can keep your deposit on file and you can apply it to your next reservation.

What you should do:

It is also important for our current and future guests to best understand how to prevent and treat illnesses. Especially those coming in from overseas or those who have recently traveled by air. Our team has been following the CDC’s everyday preventative actions to stop the spread of germs, such as:

  • Staying home when sick
  • Washing hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Following proper respiratory cough etiquette
  • Avoiding close contact with people who are sick
  • Avoiding touching eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands

We will continue to adjust our operations according to the recommendations of health authorities as the situation develops.

If you have any questions about a new or existing reservation that you don’t find answered here, please give us a call at 407-574-2828, or send us an e-mail on booking@ihomeresort.com
